Maintenance Plans & IT Managed Services
The Advanced Automation, Inc. TechTrack Service programs are designed to offer priority support and services at affordable rates.
Advanced Automation offers several managed services programs:
TechTrack Basic Service Plan ($99.00 per month)
- Priority Response Times for helpdesk and on-site service
- Up to two (2) hours telephone technical support per month (a $240.00 value). Support time includes, but is not limited to: disaster recovery, remapping network drives, printer drivers, printer mapping, virus trouble-shooting, network trouble shooting, as well as limited user training.
- Special service discounts at our lowest published rate (currently $99.00 per hour) for on-site support and additional telephone support (a $21.00 per hour savings).
TechTrack Plus Service Plan ($149.00 per month)
Includes all of the features of the TechTrack Basic Plan described above plus:
- Proactive Server Health Check: every month a tech will connect to your server to review your server’s health. This check includes all items in the server health check protocol, which may be updated periodically. This protocol currently includes:
- Check all event logs
- Check drives for appropriate free space
- Check Backup logs
- Check/Update anti-virus / anti-Spyware definitions
- Check/Update critical updates
- Check memory utilization
- Check RAID Status
- Check Server management SW alerts and logs
TechTrack Advantage Service Plan ($299.00 per month)
- Active Monitoring (24x7) of network health
- Up to three (3) hours telephone technical support per month (a $360.00 value).
- Priority Response Times for helpdesk and on-site service
- Special service discounts at our lowest published rate (currently $99.00 per hour) for on-site support and additional telephone support (a $21.00 per hour savings).
Regular Onsite Service Visits at discounted rates
AAI develops a tailored IT managed services plan to address your business’ specific needs. Regularly scheduled service visits can be setup on any frequency from several times per week to once per quarter; you are only billed for the actual time the technician is on site. During site visits, we respond to issues, provide proactive maintenance, perform desk side spot training, in addition to working in small projects in the allocated time. Clients under this plan are able to maintain a reasonable IT budget, and keep their systems up to date and running smoothly. A dedicated IT service professional assigned to your account with in depth knowledge of your business and your staff’ requirements, allows you to get the most out of your technology investment.
